October 1, 2024, marked a significant day for Cadence and our industry at large. I am happy to announce that we held our inaugural Fem.AI Summit to address the challenges facing women in the pursuit of opportunities in AI.  It was a powerful experience, featuring leaders from high tech, finance, academia, social impact, media, and government.    By 2030, AI represents a huge opportunity and is expected to create 100M jobs and add $15T to the global economy. Yet currently women make up only 20% of the AI workforce, and only 10% are in leadership. With all the questions and concerns around AI, we believe that it is important to have a diverse workforce with the best and brightest talent possible for successful AI growth and innovation. To show our commitment, we have pledged $20M towards this initiative through our Cadence Giving Foundation.  Proud of our Cadence and Cadence Giving Foundation team to make this happen!
