CAHME-accredited programs benefit students by making programs better. But they also enable faculty to learn best practices, to build a professional network by working with peers with common goals, and to advance their own careers. CAHME created a series of profiles called "Focus on Faculty" to highlight the experiences of 6 professors in programs that are CAHME-accredited (or pursuing CAHME accreditation). These leading faculty describe in their own words how their association with CAHME has helped them in their career development and to enhance their programs. The next profile is of Dr. Dale Sanders, DO, DHA, MBA, Director, Master of Health Administration Program at Salem College in North Carolina. Go to https://lnkd.in/g2kVfWCu to read Dr. Sanders describe how CAHME and the CAHME community have provided support to him in the early stages of the Salem MHA program's development and accreditation process and the value that healthcare management education brings to students. #FocusOnFaculty
