As we continue to recognize #CybersecurityAwarenessMonth, we're highlighting the importance of robust preparation in a world where data breaches are prevalent. It's often not a matter of if, but when breaches will occur. Having an incident response plan (IRP) is essential: 👇 Preparation – Plan for incidents with training, clear roles, and communication channels. Detection and analysis – Identify and assess incidents using signals and procedures. Containment – Build out a short-term strategy to stop the threat from spreading. Eradication and recovery – Create a long-term plan to eliminate threats and restore operations. Post-incident activities – Finalize actions, review, and improve processes. Learn more about response strategies here: https://lnkd.in/gkSGQe4w [ID: CAI logo at the top, with an image of a circuit board overlaid with a digital lock graphic. Text reads 'Cybersecurity Awareness Month. Incident Response Plan (IRP),' followed by key points: Preparation, Detection and Analysis, Eradication, and Post-incident activities.]
