Thank you for taking our survey! Your responses turned into our action! ISSUE #4: Elimination of surcharges and service fees CRA fought hard to keep flexible pricing options for restaurants after the Attorney General’s office went astray from lawmakers “junk fees” bill intent. CRA jumped into action and cosponsored SB 1524, which was signed into law and took immediate effect, that will preserve your choice to offer pricing models that are best for your restaurant, team-members, and guests so long as those charges are disclosed to guests ahead of purchase. https://hubs.li/Q02Tt6ZS0

ISSUE #1: Predatory lawsuits (e.g. PAGA) After qualifying a ballot measure to eliminate PAGA, CRA was able to bring labor, legislators, and administration leaders to the negotiating table this year to pass PAGA reform. CRA has a resource page dedicated to the reforms and continues to work with our legal partners to help our members understand the new changes and comply. View resources: https://hubs.li/Q02Ttl200
