We celebrated a major milestone this week at our Gaylord Pacific Resort & Convention Center project in the Chula Vista Bayfront with our concrete topping out. Since the summer of 2022 our Mortenson I McCarthy JV team has poured 110,000 cubic yards of concrete and used 4.7 million pounds of rebar with 25,000 self perform hours.
