Matt Pozda is a graduate of the University of Virginia, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Commerce with a double concentration in Accounting and Finance. Mr. Pozda spent the first 10 years of his career in the fields of Investment Banking, Private Equity and Distressed Investing, at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, CapitalSource, and MCG Capital. He has also co-founded and successfully co-manages MM Capital Holdings LLC, which invests in and operates small businesses. Today, as Visionary & CEO, he works hard every day to ensure that Call Dad upholds their core values. His leadership is not just about providing exemplary HVAC services but about fostering a culture where every customer feels valued, understood, and cared for.
