We know it's so hot outside that it's like walking through soup, but we wanted to take a moment to highlight the importance of spending time outside! Studies show that our minds and bodies tend to relax when experiencing nature. Spending time outside also allows us to hike, walk, bike, or do other exercises to improve physical wellness. Spending a few minutes outside every day can also regulate your sleep/wake cycles, improving your ability to sleep! If you do spend time outside, be sure to stay hydrated, bring snacks, and apply sunscreen 🔆
