Last year our organization embarked on a special project to update our current ERP system, IFS. It was a challenge, involving many of our employee owners' patience, time and dedication, as we prepared and trained our team on the changes. Our Business Improvement team and their Director, Aaron C., led the charge, and they did an amazing job from start to finish! 🌟 Aaron is set to speak on behalf of our organization about our experience at an upcoming IFS event.
