🇮🇹 Nel 2020, UNICALCE S.p.A., il principale produttore italiano di calce calcica e dolomitica, ha scelto Hortus per aggiornare e automatizzare la rete di monitoraggio geotecnico presso lo stabilimento di Val Brembilla, fondamentale strumento per acquisire informazioni riguardanti la stabilità delle aree di estrazione della Cava Costiolo-Forcella, una delle più estese coltivazioni di calcare in sotterraneo d’Italia e d’Europa.  📊 Il nostro intervento ha permesso di ripristinare la corretta acquisizione di molti sensori in corda vibrante installati a partire dalla seconda metà degli anni ‘90 ed espandere la rete di monitoraggio con nuovi estensimetri multibase GEOKON, rinomati per precisione e affidabilità.  Grazie all’utilizzo della tecnologia VSPECT®, integrata a bordo dei datalogger Campbell Scientific, è possibile massimizzare la qualità di lettura, le prestazioni e la vita utile di sensori a corda vibrante.  🖥️ Tutti i sistemi acquisiscono e trasmettono automaticamente i dati alla piattaforma #HmsWEB, garantendo un controllo continuo e costante delle operazioni di estrazione.    🇬🇧 In 2020, UNICALCE S.p.A., Italy's leading producer of calcic and dolomitic lime, chose Hortus to update and automate the geotechnical monitoring network at the Val Brembilla plant, a crucial tool for gathering valuable data on the stability of the extraction areas of the Costiolo-Forcella Quarry, one of the largest underground limestone operations in Italy and Europe.  📊 Our intervention enabled the restoration of accurate data acquisition from many vibrating wire sensors installed since the late 1990s and expanded the monitoring network with new @Geokon borehole extensometers, renowned for their precision and reliability.  Thanks to the use of VSPECT® technology, integrated into Campbell Scientific dataloggers, it is possible to maximize measurements quality, performance and service life of vibrating wire sensors.  🖥️ All systems automatically acquire and transmit data to the #HmsWEB platform, ensuring continuous and constant control of extraction operations.    ➡️ 𝗖𝗔𝗦𝗘 𝗦𝗧𝗨𝗗𝗜𝗘𝗦 https://lnkd.in/ewqdB2n2    #Hortus #HmsSERIES #monitoraggiogeotecnico #geotechnicalmonitoring #attivitàminerarie #mining #mitigazionerischio #riskmitigation #CampbellSci #CampbellSciOnLocation
