About us
Since 1946, Cancer Care Services has been supporting cancer patients, caring for caregivers, and empowering survivors to reduce the impact of cancer in Tarrant County. Cancer Care provides holistic, personalized support to improve quality of life, reduce distress, and address the social determinants of health. We serve all cancer types, ages, ethnicities, and income levels. Our expansive, wrap-around services for patients, survivors, and their caregivers provide relief from the fear and chaos of cancer – while reducing trauma and distress. And because cancer shouldn’t devastate one’s finances, 100% of our programs are free. Cancer Care Services is a local, debt-free, 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.

Today, I put on my “cape” for Cancer Care’s annual luncheon. This year’s theme was “Heroes of Hope” celebrating those who give their time and money to Cancer Care Services mission! It was a wonderful event and I was so glad to have a small part in today’s lunch!
