Who knew so much could happen in a year? One year ago today, I started an incredible journey launching Candidate Connections by Jacki Nitti. They say it's never easy going out on your own, but the truth is, I was never alone. Every day I've had the pleasure of meeting truly amazing people on their own incredible journeys, and while we've faced challenges together, we've always come out on top. But if there's one thing that's always stayed the same for my clients on this journey, it's that success comes from hiring people, not resumes. Because the right fit comes from the right people, not the right piece of paper. It's not always an easy decision to make, but I'm grateful for the trust I've built with my clients through each and every project that lets everyone win on both sides.
