The data highlights the significant impact we are making in boosting the confidence of older adults in using technology safely and effectively. Our efforts are empowering them to access healthcare, stay connected with loved ones, and explore new skills and hobbies. Key findings reveal that 93% of respondents acknowledge the utility of technology in their daily lives. Additionally, 60% reported feeling more confident after engaging in a Candoo session. In preparation for my first time competing in the National Senior Games I’ve been reflecting on aging, and I’m seeing it from a new and exciting perspective along with many examples of seniors defying the odds of what it means to thrive. Aging isn’t something to be afraid of, instead it’s a time to embrace all that life offers which is the opportunity to grow, to evolve, to become.
