✅Mission: Combine all aspects of intellectual property law—protection, enforcement, disputes, and challenges—and make it a super fun day with like-minded IP professionals from Korea and the U.S. in beautiful Old Town, Alexandria, VA! A huge thank you to KIPO and Embassy of the Republic of Korea for hosting the 2024 Korea-US IP Forum, and to KOIPA U.S. Capital IP Center (지식재산보호원 미국 동부 IP센터) and PCT Korea Center for organizing this incredibly informative event with such well-thought-out details! Today’s agenda even included a tour of the USPTO. What an incredible treat to learn about the fascinating history and stories behind patents and trademarks, led by the experts at the USPTO. Special thanks to Sonya, Thomas Hong, Vu Nguyen, Susan Allen, Seong ah Shin and Taelor Kim for sharing the insights. #Shoes #NaBisCo #IYKYK “New technology controls the market. Get new technology patented and enforce it. You cannot afford to miss the opportunity to control the market through Korea-US cooperation.” These remarks by Mr. Randall Rader, former Chief Judge of the CAFC, really resonated with me. It was inspiring to see how the two countries continue working together to strengthen their IP partnership. I also felt immense pride in being among such an amazing group of Korean-American professionals representing the field of IP law.🇰🇷🇺🇸❤️ #Patent #Trademark #Copyright #IPLaw #USPTO #AlexandriaVA
