Cap America is proud to announce the promotion of Abby Wallen to Digital Marketing Manager. Since joining the company in 2021 as a Product Development Coordinator, Wallen quickly demonstrated her marketing expertise, leading to her promotion to Digital Specialist in early 2024. Her experience includes a bachelor's degree in marketing and a background as an e-commerce manager prior to her tenure at Cap America. In her new role, Wallen will oversee the strategic enhancement of Cap America's digital presence, identifying growth opportunities and optimizing the company's digital platforms. She will manage the corporate website, lead digital initiatives on industry platforms such as ESP and SAGE, and spearhead efforts across email marketing, social media, and SEO strategies. Wallen will report directly to Cory Cissell, Vice President of Customer Experience, who shared his excitement about her promotion. "Abby has been an invaluable asset to our marketing team for over three years. Her deep understanding of digital marketing, paired with her leadership during the development of our new ERP system and website, has been instrumental in our success. I’m confident she will continue to drive innovation in her new role.” This promotion aligns with Cap America's commitment to enhancing the customer experience in today’s digital-first marketplace. Wallen was a key contributor to the development and launch of the CA Decorator, and her continued leadership will ensure Cap America's ongoing growth and digital transformation.
