Associated Industries of Massachusetts was thrilled to host business leaders at the forefront of supporting their workforce and community caregivers. We were able to convene an enlightening and informative conversation about what employers can and are doing to attract and retain talent by supporting caregivers. Thank you to Sadie Funk, National Director of The Best Place for Working Parents® for traveling to Massachusetts for this conversation, and to Undersecretary Josh Cutler and Deputy Undersecretary Gabriela Santana Goldstein for sharing all the amazing work the Healey-Driscoll Administration is doing to support caregivers and to Alia Hamada Forrest for representing Mayor Wu who cares deeply about this issue and is working to support caregiver businesses in the city. Thank you to our members: Citizens, PNC, Eastern Bank, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, Morgan, Brown & Joy, LLP, American Tower, Cape Cod Chamber of Commerce, ARCHANGELS Work, and Black Lion Strategies for attending, for being thought-leaders in this space and for being industry leaders in supporting your caregiver employees and customers! 🌟#aimhigh #workforce #supportcaregivers Saskia Epstein, Tom Weber, Kathleen Conlin, Maura McLaughlin, Lisa Murray, Brina Jean-Charles, Becca Gould, Alexandra Drane, Samuel M. Associated Industries of Massachusetts invites you to share your opinions about current business conditions and the economy by taking the September Business Confidence Index (BCI) survey. The BCI is one of the most widely followed economic and business reports in the United States. It is "must reading" each month for elected officials, business executives and the general public. More than 150 companies representing diverse industries from throughout Massachusetts participate each month. However, the survey is only useful if employers like you participate. Please take two minutes to tell us what you think about the economy. Please complete the survey here: https://lnkd.in/exv3xEbt
