Great news for Detroit! 🌟 The Brooke on Bagley, a Strategic Neighborhood Fund development led by Woodborn Partners, had its ribbon cutting this month. The $23 million development on Bagley Street includes 78 apartments and more than 2,100 SF of retail space. 16 units are set aside as affordable housing for families living with 80% of the Area Median Income.
