Cardinal Engineering continues to provide Contract Administration and Resident Engineering Services for the Orchard St. Sewer Separation project for the Greater New Haven WPCA. This project includes the installation of 54" storm drainage along Orchard Street between Martin Luther King Boulevard and Chapel Street. The contractor C.J. Fucci, Inc. is currently working in the area in front of the Yale-New Haven Hospital’s Emergency Room which is a challenging section of the project because maintaining access to the ER during construction is critical.

CTDOT Awards more than $15.8 million in State Local Bridge Funding for 18 Projects in Connecticut Cardinal Can Help You Get Funded! Over the past five (5) years, Cardinal Engineering Associates, Inc. has assisted municipalities throughout Connecticut in obtaining funding for numerous bridge replacement projects.
