Additionally, Care Dimensions’ HomeMD program provides in-home primary care to patients over age 65 in select communities north of Boston who have difficulty leaving home. Some of our staff headed to Cradles to Crayons Massachusetts in Newton last month for an afternoon supporting children and families in need. Cradles to Crayons is a non-profit organization that provides children from birth through age 12, living in homeless or low-income situations, with the essential items they need to thrive – at home, at school and at play. Our team volunteered a couple hours at the “Giving Factory Warehouse,” putting together more than 300 packages of children’s clothing. The Care Dimensions Employee Volunteering Program is just one perk of employment, offering staff up to four hours of paid time off to volunteer in their communities!

The Walk for Hospice is a morning to gather and remember those who have passed. We were blessed to have hundreds of walkers at the event on Sunday in Danvers, including dozens of our employees (many of them wearing their blue shirts). The Walk offers our team a chance to further show support for those who were in our care. Some also walk in memory of their own loved ones. Thanks to all who attended or donated!
