🚨 Hurricane Milton Alert: Preparing South Florida 🚨 Florida Governor DeSantis has declared a state of emergency for Hurricane Milton, which is expected to impact South Florida from Wednesday, October 9 through Thursday, October 10, and possibly longer. Prepare for strong winds, heavy rain, and potential flooding.   Key Preparations: -Ensure you have enough medications and key documents (insurance cards, medical records, etc.). -Update your emergency contacts with Care Resource. -Reach out to your case manager or therapist for social service support. -Call 305.576.1234 for updates on our office hours during the storm. -Stock up on supplies (food, water, batteries), and refill prescriptions if needed.   For emergencies, please dial 911 or contact the Florida Emergency Information Line at 1-800-342-3557.
