We are thrilled to announce the upcoming 2024 Journey to Our Forever Home Spring Gala. This special event will take place on Friday, April 26, 2024, at 6 PM at the Four Seasons Hotel in St. Louis. We want to invite you to join us on this significant occasion, which will be chaired by Purina. CARE STL was officially established on July 25, 2018. In just a few short years, we have made remarkable progress in fulfilling our mission of creating a compassionate and collaborative community that cares for both people and pets. Since 2018, we have saved a total of 12,935 animals from the City of St. Louis! The Center for Animal Rescue and Enrichment of St. Louis (CARE STL) is a 501c3 nonprofit organization serving as the official No-Kill animal shelter partner for the City of St. Louis Department of Health. CARE STL relies on the generosity of individuals, corporations, and foundations for all medical care costs and trauma cases of the animals we rescue. When you donate to CARE STL, your financial support helps to sustain our mission of saving thousands of lives each year, and your support goes directly to the animals. Your support is vital to our continued success. Thanks to our partners, we can provide community programs and take a proactive and progressive approach to addressing the problem of stray companion animals in our city. Last Friday, the team members at Kennelwood Pet Resorts gathered to volunteer their afternoon at CARE STL. They presented CARE STL with their October's Pet Memorial Fund Donation check too! After that, they divided their team to cover a handful of different tasks. They made enrichment toys, bagged dog food, cleaned kennels, sorted adoption applications, and even got lots of puppy loving in! Grateful for the Amazing Support from Black Dog Fitness🐾 Last weekend, we had the pleasure of hosting a large group from our corporate partners, Black Dog Fitness, and we couldn't be more thankful for their tremendous help! 🎉 From the moment they arrived, they rolled up their sleeves and got to work, lending a helping hand in every way possible.
