Only a few more days until we’re together in Seattle at the Home Care Association of America National Home Care Conference—we’re pumped! Our team at Careswitch will be presenting two breakout sessions—make sure to add these to your schedule. Here’s a sneak peek: 5 Things Your Caregivers are Too Afraid to Tell You Monday, October 28 @ 11am | Miriam Allred 3 care professionals from New Jersey, Arizona, and Washington will be joining us in a panel discussion to open up about what they wish their employers would better understand. We’ll be hitting the hard topics head-on including: communication, training, hours, pay, and recognition. We’ll be asking them questions like: ✔ What’s something management is clueless about, but you don’t feel it’s your place to say? ✔ What’s the biggest misconception people have about what it’s like to be a caregiver? ✔ What’s something you’ve had to learn on the job that no training prepared you for? ✔ Do you feel comfortable turning down shifts when you’re exhausted, or do you feel pressure to always say yes? ✔ Are financial well-being and job satisfaction connected for you? ✔ How does caregiving affect your mental, physical, or spiritual well-being? What could be done to improve this? This is going to be an honest, constructive, and inspiring session. 5 Practical Ways to Use AI in Your Home Care Business Tuesday, October 29 @ 10:30am | Ilya Vakhutinsky This session will be almost entirely live demonstrations of home care workflows that can be improved or solved by AI. We'll walk through a list of AI tools that can be game-changers for your business. Then, we'll take a deep dive into chatGPT to demonstrate how to tackle a variety of tasks. We’ll be demoing how AI can assist you with: ✨ How to review, analyze, and build a schedule from an LTC policy ✨ How to create high quality images for your website, social media, marketing, and recruiting ✨ How to build complex schedules ✨ How to analyze large data sets and create custom reports ✨ And a variety of other nuanced tasks that can save you and your teams hours every week (maybe every day) This session isn't fluffy like ‘the future of AI’, we'll be showing you real use cases for AI in your business today. We hope you’ll join us for these breakout sessions and come say hi at the Careswitch booth #309. (⛳ Look for the flags. ⛳) Safe travels and see you soon!

AI-powered home care software that automates away menial work so you and your teams can focus on giving great care.
About us
Careswitch is creating a network where everyone in the home care community can prosper. In-home care is the critical, but underserved foundation of our health care. The industry is home to thousands of local entrepreneurs and a diverse population of essential workers who overcome low wages and inconsistent schedules to deliver care to millions. But, the industry's thin margins and high turnover rates prevent too many from achieving the economic dignity they deserve. Our mission is to redesign the business of home care to increase opportunity and improve quality of life for everyone involved. We’re assembling a digital network of home care providers, caregivers, and families that use modern tools and compliant information sharing to create a more stable, coordinated home care experience. Agencies can reduce tasks that eat into their margins and caregivers can easily work across multiple agencies to earn more wages and meet the increasing demands of in-home care. Together, we create consistency, transparency, and use our scale to unlock more economic opportunity. Today, Careswitch offers an all-in-one software platform that simplifies and automates the essential tasks of a home care business. The surprisingly simple software handles the complexities of care planning, scheduling, documentation, and full-service payroll. It also includes the only caregiver app proven to help caregivers complete care tasks and reduce errors. Founders Ilya Vakhutinsky and Mark Fayngersh incorporate their backgrounds in digital health, entrepreneurship, and design into every aspect of Careswitch. Ilya, the son of a caregiver and a recipient of Peter Thiel’s 20 Under 20 Fellowship, worked with Mark to develop the digital platform at Quartet Health before coming together with a team of designers and advisors to create Careswitch. The growing team supports thousands of daily users while working to create a more prosperous home care industry.
