Here are our top 3 tips for getting organized between doctor's appointments: ✅ Make a list of any symptoms or changes since the last appointment ✅ Write down questions (and look at the list during the appointment!) ✅ Ask someone to come with you to the next appointment to be another set of ears and/or take notes
