During our 2024 Field Leadership Conference, our amazing Retail Field Leaders packed Skip Hop backpacks full of essential school supplies for kids at Boys & Girls Clubs of Lanier. Each backpack represents more than just supplies—it’s a boost of confidence and support for a successful school year! In honor of Hispanic Heritage Month, we were thrilled to come together to volunteer with Soccer in the Streets to support young soccer players in our community! We packed kits filled with essentials to help these athletes thrive on the field. We also created a fun space for kids to express their creativity and cheer on their teammates and families by designing their very own posters. The event was a great reminder of how important it is to support and uplift each other—on and off the field! Thank you, Carter’s volunteers! #lifeatcarters

In line with our commitment to corporate social responsibility and enhancing early childhood education, we proudly hosted our 11th annual B’gosh Jeanius campaign this Fall! Thanks to our valued customers, Carter’s Charitable Foundation, and DonorsChoose, we are thrilled to announce that over $562,000 will go towards supporting classroom projects and providing essential resources such as books, supplies, and technology. Additionally, we partnered with Delivering Good, Inc. to donate 100,000 articles of clothing to children in need, making a meaningful impact in their lives.

What an incredible week! Carter’s hosted our global Field Leadership Conference focused on vision, connection, and development. We were inspired by our Retail leaders, energized by investing in our own development, and created over 250 backpacks filled with school supplies for the local Boys and Girls Club. Our SVP of Stores surprised us with an acoustic guitar performance, bringing us together in celebration.
