Carter Lumber is proud to announce the opening of a new full-service lumberyard in Columbia, South Carolina, marking another step in our steady expansion and continued investment in growing southern markets. Located at 1325 Veterans Rd., this new facility enables us to provide our comprehensive range of products and services to professional home builders in the greater Columbia metropolitan area. The Columbia location will serve as an extension of our Charlotte and Triad North Carolina markets, operating under the same management team headed by Market Vice President, Brandon Kujawski. Gareth Rumley, a Columbia native and graduate of the University of South Carolina, has recently joined the company as the General Manager of the new lumberyard.
