📅Livingston County-- you're invited to join us for "Echoes in Recovery: Stories of Courage and Healing" on November 1, 2024, at 6 PM at MacVittie College Union. Hosted by SUNY Geneseo, this event spotlights personal journeys in recovery. Hear from a student, peer, and parent as they share their unique experiences. Let's come together, reflect, and support one another. How does your story echo in the journey of healing? Engage with us in the Q&A session and be part of a community that cares.

World Mental Health Day is here, and we would like to remind you to take some time for yourself today, to take a deep breath (or many), stretch, and take some time to reflect on the good around you. This could take 5 minutes, or 5 hours. Either way, take the time you need for your mind, body and soul today. Feel free to comment and share what helps you, as it may help others!

Let's talk about addiction in a way that builds understanding and compassion. How can we create a more supportive environment for those facing substance use disorders? Stigma often leads to feelings of shame and isolation, making it hard for people to seek the help they need. By changing how we view addiction, we can encourage more individuals to reach out for treatment and support. Together, we can make a difference. #EndTheStigma #RecoveryIsPossible
