“I love working with advancement professionals to enhance their skills and capacity to meaningfully connect and engage with diverse alumni and donor communities. It’s a pleasure to offer strategic solutions (through the CASE Opportunity and Inclusion Center) that foster environments of belonging and community, fulfilling a fundamental human need that influences many of our decisions and experiences," said CASE Senior Director of DEIB Training Jessica Elmore, Ed.D. "She was hungry to learn and eager to share—and that’s what characterizes CASE volunteers," said Norma Walker, Former Vice President of Educational Programming about Karen E. Osborne, one of CASE’s longest serving volunteers, in the latest issue of Currents. Volunteers, like Osborne, help build, shape, and energize CASE's educational programming. https://lnkd.in/eTJR_ae2 #CASECurrents #CASE50th #CelebrateWithCASE

As we look back at CASE history, here's a #TBT from an article featured in Currents 30 years ago about our 20th anniversary. CASE volunteer and Board Chair from 1993-1995 Jake B. Schrum was quoted saying, "We're in the business of helping our members provide meaning and purpose and hope in people's lives," a statement that is still true today. #CASE50th #CelebrateWithCASE #CASECurrents

Here’s a fun fact from CASE history: In 1975, we launched the first Summer Institutes in the U.S.! This snapshot was taken at an Institute in the '80s. Today, CASE also offers Institutes through our CASE Europe and CASE Asia-Pacific offices. CASE Institutes provide foundational learning into the core advancement disciplines. As part of this unique learning experience, delegates join faculty-led cohort groups to discuss topics in greater depth, exchange experiences and test ideas. If you've attended any, share some of your favorite moments with us! #CASE50th https://bit.ly/3Ytwyqs
