Día de Muertos in the Woo is two days away and we are full of pride in our cultural traditions and love for our community. Join us Saturday to witness a spectacular ofrenda curated with love by Casita crew members and with cultural artifacts by our resident artists. You may bring a picture of a loved one to place on our community ofrenda. Día de Muertos is a community event and we welcome you. In addition to our Ofrenda, we have a beautiful festival lined up to celebrate Latino/a/e artists, business owners and our friends who stand in solidarity with us. We will have some great food, beverages, performances, a kid zone, a teen zone, Día de Muertos face painting, and art and culture all around the common. We will also be celebrating the transfer of the "Amor Hasta La Muerte" Mural, our first art commission, that is leaving City Hall on Saturday, so please join us to see it off as it moves to its new home. Día de Muertos is not Halloween so we ask that you not come in Halloween costumes. #worcesterma #diademuertos #festival #massachusetts
