Today, August 20th, 2024, marks Cast Nylons Limited’s 45th Anniversary! Cast Nylons Limited began in 1979 in a 7,000 square foot building in Wickliffe, Ohio (pictured left). In 1993, Cast Nylons moved to Hamann Parkway in Willoughby, Ohio (pictured right) and has expanded to four buildings on the street, totaling over 130,000 square feet with over 100 employees! We certainly could not have done it without our amazing customers and employees! Thank you all for your continued patronage, support and hard work over the years! Here's to many more years ahead!

Cast Nylons combines our cast nylon 6 material with a heat-stabilizing additive that restricts the loss of physical properties as the temperature increases. Each year, Cast Nylons Limited holds a Company Picnic that serves as our Employee Appreciation event! Employees are invited to bring friends & family to enjoy a catered lunch, an ice cream truck, ballon animals and airbrush tattoos. After a great speech from our CEO & Owner, Jack Thorp, prizes were raffled off to some lucky employees! It’s Welcome Wednesday at Cast Nylons Limited! Please join us in giving a warm welcome to Kyle Pekar! Kyle started working for Cast Nylons as an Engineering Co-Op in 2022. Kyle received both his Bachelors and Masters in Mechanical Engineering while working at Cast Nylons and joined the team full-time after graduation this past May! Welcome to the team, Kyle!
