When an oilfield services company had the opportunity to triple the workload from their largest customer, factoring helped provide the working capital needed to fulfill the increased volume.

For over a decade, Account Manager Trish Aycock has been an integral part of Catalyst, where she’s found more than just a job—she’s found a family. “Catalyst is family. I work with a very supportive and productive team. We work very closely with our clients to meet their daily funding goals,” Trish says. Her favorite part of the job? Providing cash flow and watching businesses grow. It's this passion for helping businesses secure working capital that makes her work so fulfilling. Outside of work, Trish is an adventurer at heart. She loves hiking the wilderness of Colorado on the Continental Divide Trail, snow skiing, and traveling!

When the oil and gas market went through a decline, a young fabrication company maxed out their line of credit and struggled with payments. The team at Catalyst worked with the bank to restructure payments in a way that allowed the company to not only survive but grow, repay their bank, and eventually secure a more substantial line of credit, successfully transitioning from factoring in a few years.

Jeremy Talton is a Senior-Vice President at Catalyst and joined our team last August. When asked what he likes most about Catalyst, Jeremy says, "Catalyst is a family, and that culture extends out to our clients. We treat people like we’d want to be treated." Outside of work, Jeremy enjoys anything outdoors, from golfing and hiking in the Colorado mountains to lounging on the beach.
