Starting his journey as a Leadership and Technical Development Trainee, he gained hands-on experience in the shop floor by analyzing manufacturing processes and learning about our products. 📊 While building his production expertise, Lokesh ventured beyond and introduced data dashboards that simplified communication and understanding of production schedules and plans. Today, as a Production Scheduler, he leverages his data analytics skills to support Manufacturing Operations with greater visibility, ensuring we produce the right machine at the right time to help our customers build a better, more sustainable world 🌟 "Decisions made with opinions lead to failure while data-driven decisions lead to success.
