Jean, a retired U.S. Navy Commander, brings over 20 years of experience in leadership, mentorship, and Crew Resource Management (CRM). From piloting helicopters in combat support roles to managing naval air ambulance detachments in Iraq, Jean has led high-stakes, high-performance teams around the world. His focus on continuous improvement and "keeping the human in the loop" defines his approach to building resilient, effective teams.
Bret, a retired Sergeant Major of Marine Corps Special Operations, spent 30 years leading Marines in some of the toughest environments. With hands-on experience in Panama, the Persian Gulf, and Iraq, Bret knows what it takes to lead in challenging circumstances. Since retiring, he's also dedicated himself to supporting thousands of Marines through his work with the Marine Division Association.
