  • The CCEU program is recognized by the state of Arizona Office of Apprenticeship and the United States Department of labor. This means students will earn a Completion of Apprenticeship Certificate from the state of Arizona that recognizes the hard work of students over a period of four years. CCEU is unique in that our students have a flexible schedule that allows them to begin classes shortly after their shift and respects family time and working hours. Statistics show that Hybrid learning increases student retention rates by 17% compared to traditional classroom learning. Here at CCE, we recognize effort and going the extra mile. The CCEU program is like a marathon, and we value the extra miles our participants are putting in. We hope that once they graduate, we will have them in our leadership development program that is to come. Many of the topics that are learned in the apprenticeship program will teach students about electrical theory, safety, and codes. We also learn how all of these work together to create an elite electrician. Students in the program are also taught management skills and how the planning process through blueprint reading, will prime them for leadership as they learn crew management and planning. We are excited for the take off of this program and can’t wait to continue to grow our classes and curriculum!
