About us
Welcome to the Greater El Paso CCIM Chapter! The El Paso Chapter is the local liaison of The CCIM Institute. Our members are among the most educated and experienced commercial real estate professionals in the El Paso/Las Cruces/Cd. Juarez region. The Greater El Paso CCIM Chapter provides networking, education and technology opportunities for local commercial real estate individuals and entities. Our offerings are open to all companies associated with commercial real estate, such as brokers, property managers, developers, investors, appraisers, lenders, architectural and engineering firms and title companies. Some of our many events include: Luncheons with key note speakers, deal making and networking sessions, a Cinco de Mayo event and our signature Casino Night event. Monies raised support our efforts to promote the CCIM Institute and the CCIM Designation through commercial class offerings and scholarships awarded to those seeking to attain the CCIM Designation, as well as to serve the commercial real estate industry in El Paso and surrounding areas. The CCIM Institute Foundation Diversity Scholarship Application is Now Open! The CCIM Institute Foundation Diversity Scholarship Program helps foster an inclusive commercial real estate professional community. These scholarships, working in tandem with The CCIM Institute's Cultural Diversity Education Program, help jump-start and transform the commercial real estate careers of qualifying individuals by funding their path to the CCIM Pin. A limited number are awarded annually to qualifying applicants to use for Designation course enrollment and fees.
