We recently visited the Universal site in Frisco, where CEC is currently handling the underground work. What a massive job site! Daniel Hodnett, our Senior Superintendent, is championing this project, supported by Ben Dodgen, our Project Executive. Their combined leadership has been essential in driving the progress on this challenging project. We also had the opportunity to stop by the TIAA project. Martin Ramirez, a Senior Superintendent specializing in Corporate Interiors, is leading this project with a team of 60 skilled professionals in the field. Martin, who has been with CEC for 12 years, is partnering with Santiago Tapia, another long-term superintendent, to ensure the project’s success. The pictures of the conduit work are from TIAA, where Martin’s team has done a phenomenal job. Currently, the TIAA project is moving through Phase 2 under the guidance of Jerry Alvarado, who is the lead Superintendent for this stage.
