Exciting housing developments in the NewBo neighborhood! CRBT is proud to support the construction of transforming the long-time distressed block into Loftus—a $36 million, five-story mixed-use building with 186 in-demand housing units. This project is a collaboration between GLD Commercial, OPN Architects, Conlon Construction, and CRBT as the financing partner, with vital support from the City of Cedar Rapids, the State of Iowa, and other community stakeholders. 🏆 We celebrated winning Best Bank of the Corridor with a "Masters of Banking" themed day, thanks to our amazing interns!
