Please help us congratulate our Driver of the Month, William Patterson! William is an over-the-road driver out of our Fishersville, Virginia terminal. He started driving at Continental in the summer of 2023, after spending a few years out of trucking. He jumped right back in though, and has become one of our top OTR drivers in Virginia. William is always punctual, courteous, safe, and flexible. He is reliable to a job well-done for us and our customers. Thank you, William for all you do! We appreciate your hard work.

Last week Tuesday, CEO Russ Gottemoeller traveled to Charlotte, North Carolina for the Best Fleets to Drive For Conference and Awards Ceremony. There, Continental was again recognized as a Top 10 Fleet in North America - our 4th year in a row! It was an honor to stand amongst some of the top carriers in our industry. We'd like to introduce Michelle Oliver, a new face to Continental’s corporate office. Bringing to the team years of administrative experience, Michelle will serve as the Recruiting Coordinator, working with the Recruiting and HR departments. She lives in Versailles, Ohio with her husband Ryan and they have two children and two grandchildren together. Outside of work, Michelle enjoys traveling and spending time outdoors, hiking, boating, and running local 5k races. She is also a football fan and cheers on the Ohio State Buckeyes and the Cleveland Browns. Welcome to CE, Michelle! #MeetTheTeamMonday

Please join us in congratulating the recipient of our 2024 "Extra Mile" Driver of the Year award, Ben Frazee! Three years ago, Ben attended and graduated from our CDL school, Continental Express Commercial Driving Academy. Since completing his training, Ben has run on our Indianapolis OTR fleet. With an overwhelming amount of nominations for our "Extra Mile" award, it's clear Ben is going the extra mile for our team and our customers: maintaining a clean, accident-free record and always executing his plans on time and with an excellent attitude. Ben's constant team-player attitude and top work ethic are impressive, and we are proud to have him on our team. Thank you, Ben, for so often going the "extra mile"! The next 2024 Driver of the Year we're excited to honor is Jeff Jones, our "Rookie" Driver of the Year! 2024 was Jeff's 1st full year driving at Continental Express. He joined the Sidney terminal team in the later part of 2023, after a brief time out of the truck. From his first day, Jeff hit the ground running and has proven he is an excellent driver. He runs on a home daily dedicated account, amongst the toughest routes we have for that customer, and has gone above and beyond in communication and timely service while keeping a completely clean safety record. Jeff is an all-around great asset to our fleet and takes on every challenge with his best effort. We appreciate all you do for us, Jeff - congratulations!
