Jobsite Progress: The Northerly - Madison, TN I had the pleasure of touring The Northerly jobsite alongside our dedicated CEI team last week, and what a site! Though there's still quite a bit of work to be completed, from the roadside, the community looks spectacular. Much thanks to our hard working team, both in the field at in the office! Jordan Pitt, Michael Anderson, Cody Clarke, Sam Orput, Ethan Boyd, Zachary Kissinger Residents are settling into the first of four buildings and enjoying many of The Northerly's finished amenities, including the pool deck and courtyard, fitness center, yoga room, and dog wash to name a few. We’re excited to kick off the summer with two talented Construction Management students, Clay Spencer and Brytten Georges joining our team. While onboard they'll gain hands-on experience in both estimating and project management in our office. It's crawfish season! Last Friday, we gathered for our annual Crawfish Boil and Cornhole tournament. The weather was perfect, the food delicious, and the fellowship awesome. We couldn't have asked for a better day.

Now in delivery, The Duke at Metro Center. The Duke is Nashville's newest apartment community providing residents luxury and convenience. With amenities including a Club Room with Lounge Seating, Saltwater pool and heated spa, Wellness Room, Sky Lounge and Pet Spa...residents will enjoy a relaxed lifestyle with the ease of access to downtown. Getting to the finish line was no small task and we are grateful for the outstanding team that made this project happen. The site was filled with challenges that demanded creative solutions.
