Read the latest issue of Chem! https://hubs.li/Q02HZ2mF0 On the cover: Machine learning predicts calibration curves. In this issue of Chem, Anslyn and co-workers report that the chiroptical response of metal-to-ligand charge-transfer bands derived from Fe(II) octahedral complexes, used to measure the enantiomeric excess of chiral amines, can be generated using machine learning. In the cover art, a stylized structure of an octahedral complex formed from three pyridine ligands that incorporate the chiral amine is shown with one of the three ligands accentuated, all placed over the background of an integrated circuit. Artwork design by Tristan Anslyn.
