Following a landmark process, Celsius has successfully emerged from bankruptcy on January 31, 2024, concluding the company’s restructuring. Celsius has now begun to distribute over $3 billion in cryptocurrency and fiat to creditors, settle claims with key stakeholder groups, and consummate the previously announced MiningCo transaction, resulting in a new Bitcoin mining company that will be called Ionic Digital, Inc., supporting efforts to maximize recoveries for the benefit of creditors. Celsius expects to provide further information regarding the distribution process in the coming days. Additionally, Eligible Creditors will receive common stock in Ionic Digital under the MiningCo transaction, as stated by the Plan. Celsius extends its appreciation to its customers, employees, advisors, and partners for their support throughout this process.
