📢 Attention SNFs: Off-Cycle Medicare Revalidation Notices Coming Soon! Between October – December 2024, CMS will revalidate SNFs to collect expanded ownership, managerial, and related party information, in line with new guidelines under Section 1124(c) of the Social Security Act. Watch for revalidation notices from your Medicare Administrative Contractor during this period. To maintain Medicare provider status, SNFs must report this data via the revised Medicare Provider Enrollment Application Form (CMS-855A) through PECOS or a paper version. Ensure your facility is prepared by staying ahead of these important changes to maintain compliance. Reach out to Celtic today if you have any questions: consultant@celticconsulting.org #SkilledNursing #SNFCompliance #HealthcareRegulation #CMS #PECOS #MedicareRevalidation
