Partnerships at Celtra | Media expert by trade, creative at heart

SXSW is in the books! What a great jam-packed few days partnering with Brand Innovators for the Leadership in Brand Marketing Summit! I moderated a Marketing & Media roundtable discussion, Ryan Cook led a panel with our awesome partner YETI, we were inspired by hearing and meeting so many incredible brand marketers, and ate enough food to last us until Summer! Here are my 4 takeaways from SXSW 2025: 🎨 Good, bold creative matters: And this wasn’t just from creative folks! CMO’s and the heads of MEDIA were discussing the need for bolder, more efficient, and more strategic ads to drive overall success. 🤖 The AI conversation is evolving: Let’s be honest, we knew all roads would lead back to AI this year. But I was surprised and impressed with how conversations are maturing… Many marketers discussed smart, practical use cases of how AI is being implemented across their teams today, from creative storyboarding to realtime DCO optimizations. 🤝 Brand Authenticity & Community: Continued move toward forming connections with consumers. Whether through social media groups, actively participating in forums, or creative that speaks to an individual, there seems to be a shift (or maybe just a rebalancing) from “performance” to “brand” to build affinity and loyalty. 🍀 We are lucky!: I feel really grateful to work in an industry that inspires our peers to push the boundaries, an industry that encourages us all to bring our creative authentic selves to work, and an industry with such great people!! Speaking of awesome people, I know there were many of you I didn’t get the chance to see but so happy I did (almost literally, Ashley haha) run into some of you down there :) Ashley Cartwright, Michelle Karlin, Elizabeth Millstein, Kristin Mooney I need a little break from BBQ but already looking forward to 2026!
