About us
The Center for Enriched Living is a privately funded non-profit agency serving the social needs of people of all ages with intellectual and developmental disabilities – such as Down syndrome, autism, and Fragile X syndrome. CEL provides a sense of belonging for our members bringing friends and peers together to benefit from lifelong learning and enrichment, an active social calendar, and be vital participants in their community. CEL has been serving the Chicagoland area since 1968.
