We’re excited to announce and welcome Kayla Richards as our new Business Development Specialist! Kayla joins us with a wealth of experience, having previously served as District Director for the Ohio Farm Bureau, and we couldn’t be more excited about the expertise she brings to CIFT. In her new role, Kayla will work closely with our current and new clients to identify challenges and elevate solutions through innovation, technical assistance, and business acceleration. Her efforts will play a direct role in helping northwest Ohio manufacturers and Ohio food processors scale, thrive, and compete. Kayla, her husband Levi, and their six children reside in Wood County, where they raise livestock. She’s a Bowling Green State University graduate and continues to give back as an advisor for a local 4-H club.
