We're hiring an Assistant Project Coordinator to join our Early College team! This position will help open doors to college for more Indiana high school students through coordinating Early College program activities. This position will provide comprehensive logistical, administrative, and operational support for the Early College initiative, which focuses on creating pathways to college and career success for underserved populations, including first-generation and low-income students. The Assistant Project Coordinator will assist with streamlining processes, data collection, and document preparation. This role offers a hybrid work environment, with both remote and in-office options based on team and individual needs. Essential Functions -Provide administrative support to the Early College Director and team. -Assist with planning, organizing, and implementing early college training programs. -Coordinate program schedules and events, including meetings and communication with partners. -Collect and report data on school-level progress and impact. -Develop communication materials such as newsletters, program updates, and presentations. -Support the Events Coordinator during CELL events by ensuring setup and attendee engagement. -Follow guidance from supervisors and maintain respectful, ethical behavior. -Adhere to University policies and perform other duties as assigned.
