Thank you Mary Frances McGaughy for sharing your experiences as a BrainHealth Schoolar. The group projects and presentations were stellar! Congratulations to you and your team!
Human Development and Family Sciences Student at The University of Georgia with minors in Human Services & Physical Health and Well-Being
My recent experience at The Center for Brain Health has truly been such a rewarding experience. The knowledge I've gained during the program will stay with me in both my personal and professional life. Over the last four weeks, I've come to appreciate that brain health forms the foundation of our overall well-being. The Center for BrainHealth is truly an amazing, inspiring place. During the program, I had the privilege of learning from experts who are integrating brain health into various fields, from business to therapy to research. These presentations were incredibly insightful and inspiring. I also got to work alongside three talented peers to develop an entrepreneurial presentation aimed at promoting brain-healthy habits among college students through "CB Coffee & Co." I'm thrilled to share that our presentation was honored with the "People's Choice Award," a testament to our hard work and dedication. I am incredibly grateful for this transformative experience, which has provided me with a fresh perspective and valuable insights. I'm excited to apply what I've learned as I continue on my journey ahead. A special thank you to Janet Koslovsky, Marco Lopez, Olivia Guerra, Sandra Bond Chapman PhD, and the Center for BrainHealth team for this incredible experience!
