Last month, Dr. Andre Marques presented at the AdventHealth Post-Acute Care Collaborative (PACC) Meeting on the topic of "Preventing Readmissions through Telemedicine." During his presentation, he suggested practical solutions to improve patient outcomes and enhance the efficiency of care. As part of our long-term care ACO, we offer telemedicine services to Skilled Nursing Facilities at no cost. This allows for timely medical interventions, leading to faster diagnosis and treatment, thereby reducing the necessity for hospital transfers.
