Meet Jojo and Julia Okinaka, a family whose lives were changed due to a surprise heart condition diagnosis. The Okinakas share their story of life leading up to Jojo's diagnosis, and how they continue forward by inspiring other families who are facing similar situations. "Make sure they know that they're in good hands, and that they know that they're not the only ones fighting the battle", said Jojo, who is not only a heart survivor, but also a role model in his community.
