We recently met up with our pals at JB&B for a little friendly competition out on the golf course. This year, the Jaros, Baum & Bolles vs. Cerami/Longman Lindsey Ryder Cup was held in Harrison, NY and is always a blast! Our talented team was made up of our colleagues: Trey Geier, Esteban Ros, Bruce Manning, CTS-D, John Longman, Scott Rubin, Justin Lau, and Christopher Haimbaugh. We also included some clients as guests, Guy Geier from FXCollaborative, Mike Miller from Hines, Sedge Hahm from Vornado Realty Trust and Adam Wells from Pyrok. Unfortunately, our team lost this year, but a big congratulations to JB&B for their well-deserved win. The team was disappointed with the outcome but had some close matches and a wonderful time. Thank you to everyone who came out, we are already starting to plan for next year so we can secure our victory! #BuiltEnvironment #TeamActivity

Last weekend our firm’s annual golf outing took place at Galloping Hills in Kenilworth, NJ. This day out is beloved by all and is a great way for some of our team members to bond and enjoy time outdoors. This year, our colleagues Peter Babigian, PE, RCDD, LEED AP, Bruce Manning, CTS-D, Ron Provost, RCDD, & Christopher Haimbaugh won with a sore of 63; Esteban Ros won closest to the pin; and our friend Tom Vierschilling won longest drive. Members of our DC team had a great time at the latest CoreNet Global Event. While we always enjoy the opportunity to learn from and network with our colleagues through CoreNet, this event was special for us as we went on a behind-the-scenes tour at the renovation of National Geographic’s Base Camp – a project for which we have worked on multiple phases. It was great to see how the historic HQ project has evolved. Read more about our work at Nat Geo: https://lnkd.in/gEyziRdY #BuiltEnvironment #NatGeo #renovation

We are excited to share the finished product of LT Apparel Group's NYC corporate office! Our team of experts worked with Design Republic on the audiovisual displays for the new space. #BuiltEnvironment
This week's project spotlight is our design for LT Apparel Group's NYC corporate office, a vibrant, energetic space, ideal for fostering creativity. We designed the reception area to double as a refined showroom for these colorful products, while the offices offer a more sophisticated workspace. Through design, we ensured that this project does not only capture LT Apparel's ethos, but their long and successful history as the largest manufacturer for popular children's clothing brands. For us, putting purpose behind a design is invaluable. #DesignRepublic #ColorfulDesign #VibrantDecor #LTApparel

The time has come for one of our firm’s favorite events of the year, the New York Architects Regatta Challenge. This year, the Regatta will take place on September 12 and all funds raised will go to efforts to protect our waters, promote aquatic-related activities, and develop preservation methods so that all bodies of water are safe and enjoyed by all. Last year we raised $11,414, and we know we can beat that amount this year. Please consider donating (https://lnkd.in/gAMKb_mr) if you’re able and don’t forget to cheer on our team!
