The Living the Values Award program was established to recognize individuals living out our company's core values daily. The awards recognize people who have gone above and beyond in the areas of integrity, teamwork, quality craftsmanship, caring heart, and entrepreneurial spirit. MJ exhibits integrity in all of his working relationships with colleagues, partners, and clients. He is a proven leader who has spent his career at Cerris, growing into a proven leader who now manages some of our largest, most complex projects. MJ has the ability to take on any challenge, and no matter what obstacles he faces, he fosters trust with the individuals and organizations he works with. Variety KC has been hard at work on something truly life-changing—and today, we’re finally ready to share our exciting new project with you… For over 90 years, Variety KC has been dedicated to making the Kansas City Metro a more inclusive and welcoming community. Our mission is to create a future where every child can Be Active, Be Social, and Belong. From building inclusive playgrounds to creating the first all-inclusive airport, we’ve worked tirelessly to break down barriers—but our work is far from over. That’s why we’re thrilled to introduce our newest, proudest initiative… Variety KC’s MOBILE ACCESSIBLE RESTROOM! This 24-foot portable trailer will revolutionize event inclusivity in the KC metro area. The first of its kind in the Midwest—and one of only a handful across the United States—this Mobile Accessible Restroom (MAR) will provide vital access to countless individuals at festivals, concerts, and community gatherings. The Mobile Accessible Restroom is fully equipped with features like a ramp with an easy-access button, a hydraulic lift, a universal changing table, and a handheld showerhead with a wash-down drain. Driven by the voices of our families, Variety KC spent the past year meticulously designing and developing this accessible solution. The Variety KC Mobile Accessible Restroom will break down barriers and make Kansas City a place where EVERYONE can fully participate and enjoy our vibrant community events!
