It may be October, but we're already gearing up for 2025! 📅 Our J15 Provider Outreach & Education (POE) team recently held their annual planning week, where they meet with company leaders, learn best practices, and build a roadmap for next year. Nykesha Scales, MBA, J15 POE Manager, said, "Annual planning is one of my favorite times of the year. Our team has members across the country, so gathering in person is special. We use this time not only to plan logistics, but also to think big about new ways we can better serve our customers."

In August, CGS J15 Provider & Outreach (POE) representatives joined the Chicago CMS Regional Office and Office of the Assistant Secretary for Health (OASH) on a road tour through Ohio. 🚗 This four-day tour gave rural provider staff a chance to share their challenges, and it allowed us to learn how to tailor our education plans to best meet their needs! #HealthcareEducation
